What you’ll learn?

Module 1: PLANNING: All about supply chain planning, including strategic alignment, Sales & Operations Planning, and operations planning.

Module 2: ORGANIZING: Supply chain channels, structures, integration, complexity, and coordination.

Module 3: DELIVERING: The Works – Scheduling, inventory management, customer service, distribution, costing, and other essential topics in product delivery. The supply chain simulation exercise helps clear the complex links between various elements of the supply chain.

Module 4: GROWING: This final piece takes you through the competitive environment, including the dynamics of growth, best practices, and an overview of productivity tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and Project Management, and wraps up the course with a case study exercise.

CISCOM Exam is also conducted online and is proctored. With a high success rate, a complimentary retake is offered on a need basis.
